Henry G. Foreman (1857-1932)

Henry G. Foreman, born in Chicago, served as president of the Board of Cook County Commissioners from 1902 to 1904. He headed the Outer Belt Park commission in 1904 and was a staunch supporter of the 1905 referendum to establish a forest preserve district in the county.
